Public Hearings <br /> There were no public hearings. <br /> 7.1 HRA Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program Update <br /> Mr. O'Neil presented the staff report. <br /> Chair Toth asked about an outstanding application. <br /> Mr. O'Neil stated that the application was being underwritten by CEE but did not qualify. <br /> There are not current applications. <br /> Commissioner Ovall asked that future staff reports have a running total of funds available. <br /> Mr. O'Neil stated he would include that in future HRA packets. <br /> 7.2 Extension — CEE Loan Origination Agreement, <br /> Mr. O'Neil presented the staff report. <br /> Chair Toth asked if the price increases were only for the upcoming year. <br /> Mr. O'Neil stated that the increased fees would be per year no matter how long the <br /> agreement was extended. <br /> The Commission agreed that CEE waVaeneficial service. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Chuba seconded by Commissioner Wagner to approve <br /> Amendment One to the Loan Origination Agreement between the City of Elk River <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Center for Energy and Environment. <br /> Motion carried 4-0. <br /> 7.3. General Updates <br /> Mr. O'Neil presented the staff report. <br /> Mr. O'Neil discussed the potential of renting a storage space for the downtown wreaths and <br /> flowerpots. The cost would be under$1,000 per year. Currently, there is an agreement with <br /> the Parks department to store decorations. <br /> Commissioners asked if work session attachment items could be provided in advance so that <br /> the commission had time to review them before deciding. <br /> Mr. O'Neil agreed that work session materials can be provided when it is possible to do so. <br />
