<br />.7l <br /> <br />- . ,--~, ,"" <br /> <br />9.5 Conditional Use Permits <br /> <br />9.51 Any use requiring a special permit under this Ordinance may be <br /> <br />allowed only upon application to the Zoning Administrator on <br /> <br />forns furnished by him and issuance of a Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />by the Planning Commision and Council. Upon receipt of the application, <br /> <br />the Zoning Administrator shall forthwith submit it ~o the Planning <br /> <br />Commission. <br /> <br />9.52 Procedure to be followed by the Planning Commission in Passing on <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permits. Upon receiving an application for a <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit involving the use of fill, construction of <br /> <br />structures, or storage of materials, the City shalL proir to renderi:1.g <br /> <br />a decision thereon: <br />I <br /> <br />(1) Require the applicant to furnish such of the folloWling <br />information and additional information as deemEd <br />necessary by the Board for determing the suitability <br />of the particular site for the proposed use: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Plans in triplicate drawn to scale showing the <br />nature, location, dimensions, and elevation of the <br />lot, existing or proposed structures, fill, storage <br />of materials, floodproofing measures, and the rela- <br />tionship of the above to the location of the channel. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />A typical valley cross-section showing the channel <br />of the stream, elevation of land areas adjoining <br />each side of the channel, cross-sectional areas to <br />be occupied by the proposed development, and high <br />water information. <br /> <br />( c) <br /> <br />Plan (surface view) showing elevations'~or contours <br />Of'"the ground; pertinent structure, fill, or storage <br />elevations; size, location and spatial arrangement <br />of all proposed and existing structures on the site; <br />location and elevation of streets, water supply, <br />sanitary facilities; photographs showing e:cisting <br />land uses and vegetation upstream and downstream; <br />and soil type s . <br />
