Marketing Plan <br />PARTNERS REAL ESTATE MN <br />HARDIN COMPANIES <br />HARDINCOMPANIES.COM <br />This marketing plan is designed to reach the maximum number of qualified prospects, <br />including all Metro area commercial real estate brokers and real estate decision makers <br />as quickly and often as possible. The marketing plan includes the following <br />components: <br />a) Signage <br />Our standard sign is designed to generate the maximum volume of inquiries regarding the <br />site. We place sign(s) which include Hardin Companies' telephone number, website and the <br />text "AVAILABLE" in a strategic location which maximizes visibility. Our standard sign is a 8'x <br />4' horizontal sign positioned to achieve maximum public exposure. All signs are subject to <br />local municipal guidelines. <br />b) Brochure/Flyers <br />We will create a color brochure highlighting the features and benefits of the property. The <br />brochure includes applicable property photos, building highlights, location description, aerial <br />photographs, demographics and/or proposed development plans, zoning, engineering and <br />environmental reports (if necessary), shovel ready certification (if applicable) and contact <br />information. <br />Hardin Companies is flexible and we will adapt to your specific needs. <br />c) Direct Mail & Cold Calls <br />Hardin Companies is continually involved in various lease and sale transactions which allows <br />us to keep a pulse on the market and to implement calling and networking programs. Hardin <br />Companies' extensive resources provide the ability to effectively track, target, contact and <br />pursue qualified prospects. <br />We will create a marketing packet for the site and deliver packets to all interested prospects <br />upon request or inquiry. We will utilize all resources to develop a target market, contact them <br />and follow up on a regular basis. <br />With some listings, the receipt of confidential information is required in order for a prospective <br />buyer to make an educated decision. In these cases, any information which is considered <br />confidential and not public record will require the execution of a confidentiality agreement prior <br />to receipt of materials. <br />d) Direct Mail to Brokers <br />Marketing materials will be e-mailed to the brokerage community monthly or as changes <br />occur. <br />Properties are also placed on our website _ npanies.cor This site is available to <br />principals, property owners, investors, brokers and prospective tenants searching the internet <br />for commercial real estate. <br />e) Brokerage Interaction <br />It is our philosophy to treat other real estate brokers as clients.
