Landscaping. All landscaped areas shall be <br />kept neat, clean and uncluttered. Storage, Displays. All materials, supplies, merchandise or other similar matter <br />not on display for direct sale, rent;il or lease to the llltimate consumer or user <br />shall be stored within a completely enclosed building in the Commercial or <br />Industrial District, or within the confines of a one hundred percent (l00%) opaque <br />wallar fenc.e not less than five (5) feet high.
