A mobile home stand, mobile home unit, and accessory structures shall <br />not cover more than fifty percent (50%) f)f the mobile home plot. <br /> <br />b. Minimum distance between units shall be not less than twenty (20) feet, <br />or too slim of the heights of the two units, whichever is greater; the point <br />of measurement being a straight line between the closest point between the <br />units being mea6ur~d. <br /> <br />c.
