Proccssing and storage of natural resources. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />PUD. Planned Unit Development District <br /> <br />a. Purpose. The purpose of this district is to provide design and locational <br />flexibility and variety for Planned Unit Developments (PUD's) on larget tracts <br />of land with adequate sewer and water systems by allowing modification of <br />lot and building area, width, setback and other dimensional requirements. <br />PUD's shall be ~eveloped in accordance with an over~ll design and an integrated <br />development plan in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations. PUD's shall <br />be consistent with the intent and purpos'3 of this Ordinance and shall not <br />adversely affect the property adjacent to the land area to be developed. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Regulations. <br /> <br />1. A PUD may be authorized on land in a PUD Dlstrict following the <br />issuance of a 'condtttonal use permit and s\lbrUvision npproval. A. PUD <br />shall comply with the provisions of this Ordinance except as expressly <br />mo41 tied herein. <br /> <br />ii. Permitted conditional and accessory uses tn residential and <br />commercial districts may be allowed 1n a PUD if the Council determines <br />that such uses are compatible. <br /> <br />11. <br />
