Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Heritage Preservation <br />Commission was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Chair Lindberg. <br /> <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />3. Consider September 16, 2021, Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Mauren and seconded by Commissioner Fox to <br />approve the September 16, 2021, agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />4. Minutes of July 15, 2021, Heritage Preservation Commission meeting <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Cole and seconded by Commissioner Mauren to <br />approve the July 15, 2021, meeting minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />5.1 Elk River Documentary <br />Commissioner Griffiths reviewed the progress on the documentary. He has been <br />working with city staff to complete a variety of b-role footage that will be used in the <br />documentary and expects to have all the footage needed later this year. <br />Commissioner Griffiths also discussed the costs associated with purchasing photos <br />from the Sherburne County History Center to be used in the documentary. He noted <br />the costs are quite high and may explore other options for acquiring the necessary <br />photos. <br />
