OFORINW70 460 <br />A <br />1 <br />The Elk River Comprehensive Plan is a guiding document <br />designed to help the city navigate growth and development. <br />The plan reflects the combined efforts of city staff, the Compre- <br />hensive Plan Advisory Committee, elected and appointed <br />officials, residents, and stakeholders. While the adoption of <br />the comprehensive plan represents the end of the planning <br />process, it is also the first step towards guiding change within <br />the Elk River community. The Implementation Plan outlines <br />the specific actions recommended in the plan to support the <br />city in achieving the comprehensive plans long-term vision <br />for the next 20 years in the community.
