<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />except at a Solid Waste Facility licensed <br />pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />No Solid Waste Facility shall be located or <br />operated in the City of Elk River except in <br />those areas of the City where such uses are <br />allowed as a permitted or conditional use under <br />Article IX of the City Code. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />No person, firm, or corporation shall dispose <br />of, process store or burn Dangerous Waste at any <br />location within the City of Elk River except at <br />a Solid Waste Facility licensed pursuant to the <br />provisions of this ordinance, and then only when <br />specific permission for the disposal, <br />processing, storage, or burning of a specific <br />type and quantity of Dangerous Waste has been <br />granted by the Elk River City Councilor the <br />City Building and Zoning Administrator. <br />Temporary storage of Dangerous Waste at Solid <br />Waste Facilities licensed pursuant to this <br />ordinance shall be allowed without prior <br />approval, for a period not to exceed 30 days, <br />for the sole purpose of allowing arrangements to <br />be made for the transfer of said materials out <br />of the City for disposal as required by <br />applicable state and federal laws and <br />regulations. <br /> <br />4. No Hazardous Waste shall be disposed of, <br />processed, or burned at any location or facility <br />in the City of Elk River, including at any Solid <br />Waste Facility. No Hazardous Waste shall be <br />stored or used at any location or facility in <br />the City of Elk River unless specific permission <br />for the storage or use of a specific type and <br />quantity of Hazardous Waste has been granted by <br />the City Councilor the city Building and Zoning <br />Administrator.
