<br />. <br /> <br />(b) Dangerous Wastes. No Dangerous Wastes <br />shall be burned at any Waste Burning <br />Facility in the City of Elk River, unless <br />and until permission to do so has been <br />sought and obtained from the City as <br />provided in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />(c) Compliance With Zoninq Ordinance <br />Performance Standards. The operation of a <br />Waste Burning Facility shall fully comply <br />with the provisions of Chapter IX of the <br />City Code, including specifically Section <br />900.28 thereof relating to performance <br />standards for industrial uses. <br /> <br />(d) Hours of Operation. All operations at <br />Waste Burning Facilities within the City of <br />Elk River shall be conducted between the <br />hours specified by the City Council in the <br />license for the facility; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(e) Combustion Performance. Combustion <br />performance at Waste Burning Facilities <br />shall conform to all applicable regulations <br />of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />(MPCA) now or hereafter adopted, and to the <br />design and performance specifications set <br />forth in the application materials for the <br />facility and approved by the City, to <br />produce satisfactory residue and to result <br />in as odor-free and pollution-free an <br />operation as is feasible. Copies of all <br />records and reports prepared by the <br />operator or licensee and transmitted to the <br />MPCA shall be transmitted to the City if <br />requested by the City. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(f) Residue Disposal. All Solid Waste residue <br />removed from the Waste Burning Facility <br />shall be promptly disposed of in a manner <br />that will prevent nuisances, land <br />pollution, and public health hazards. <br />Residue containing combustible material <br />shall be disposed of in a Sanitary Landfill <br />as permitted by the City and the license <br />for the Waste Burning Facility. Solid <br />Waste Ash and other residue from Waste <br />Burning Facilities shall not be disposed of <br />in any Sanitary Landfill located within the <br />City of Elk River, unless specific <br />permission to do so has been obtained from <br />the city Council. The City Council may <br />restrict the disposal at any Sanitary <br />Landfill located within the City of ash, <br /> <br />33. <br />
