<br />. <br /> <br />(d) General description of property use in the <br />immediate vicinity of the Transfer Station; <br /> <br />(e) Anticipated type and source and maximum <br />volume of Solid Waste which can be stored <br />at the Transfer Station at anyone time, <br />and estimated weekly and annual volumes of <br />Solid Waste which will be received at the <br />facility. <br /> <br />(f) Complete plans and specifications and <br />proposed operating procedures for the <br />Transfer Station; <br /> <br />(g) Plans for the transportation of Solid Waste <br />to and from the Transfer Station, including <br />the specific public roadways to be used for <br />these purposes and the volume of truck <br />traffic which the Transfer Station will <br />generate on these roadways; <br /> <br />(h) Rates and charges for use of the Transfer <br />Station. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(i) Such additional information and data as may <br />be required by the City Building and Zoning <br />Administrator, the Planning commission, or <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />3. Minimum Requirements. The following minimum <br />requirements shall be established, constructed, <br />provided, and maintained at the Transfer Station <br />site: <br /> <br />(a) Information Display. Subject to the <br />approval of the City Council, a sign shall <br />be posted on the premises indicating the <br />station name, the schedule of days and <br />hours it is to be open to the public, and <br />the price(s) for its use. <br /> <br />(b) Road Construction and General Landscaping. <br />Roads on the premises shall be all weather <br />surfaced. The premises shall be <br />constructed and landscaped in such a manner <br />as to be compatible with adjacent uses and <br />aesthetically pleasing in appearance. <br />Adequate vehicle stacking facilities must <br />be provided to ensure that no vehicle <br />desiring to enter the site will have to <br />wait outside the site. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(c) Security. The Transfer station shall be <br />fenced and a gate shall be provided at the <br /> <br />18. <br />
