RESOLUTION 21 - 01 <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING <br />2022 OLID ANNUAL SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES <br />CHARGE REQUEST <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Orono Lake Improvement <br />District (OLID) has met and certified the assessment roll for the 2022 OLID services and activities <br />charge; <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the Orono Lake Improvement <br />District, that the City of Elk River is requested, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 10313.555, to <br />impose a service charge oil all eligible parcels as per the 2022 OLID Service Charge List attached as <br />Exhibit A in the per full unit amount of $100.00 for OLID services and activities provided in 22022; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Orono Lake Improvement District Board of Directors <br />requests that the City of Elk River authorize the Sherburne County Auditor/Treasurer's Office to place <br />the service charge in the total amount of $17,100 on the 2022 Sherburne County Tax rolls, as shown on <br />Exhibit, A. <br />Said Exhibit A is attached and shall be called the 2022 OLID Service Charge List. <br />Adopted by the OLID Board of Directors August 24, 202 1. <br />ATTEST: Orono Lake Improvement District <br />)a'tr7k, 'T;Iant, C1 <br />
