ADD the attached pay items as CO-2.1 at the unit prices listed to the contract documents: <br />CO 2.1— Lions Park Trail Improvements- Construction Cost = $177,922.28 <br />CO 2.2 — Freeport Street Improvements <br />1. ADD the attached pay items as CO-2.2 at the unit prices listed to the contract documents: <br />CO 2.2 — Freeport Street Improvements- Construction Cost = $144,236.64 <br />CO 2 — Plan Sheets <br />1. ADD the attached revised plan sheets (Sheets CO 2-1 & CO 2-2) to the contract documents. <br />Reason for Change Order: <br />CO 2.1 Lions Park Trail Improvements: The City intends to reclaim, shape, and pave the existing trails within Lions <br />Park. The trail improvements will complement the recently completed ball -field and parking lot improvements within <br />Lions Park. <br />The pay items in CO-2.1 are needed to complete this project. The attached unit prices are hereby approved in the total <br />amount of $177,922.28 <br />CO 2.2 Freeport Street Improvements: The City intends to mill & overlay Freeport Street from 4a' Street Northwest to <br />Lincoln Circle. Spot concrete, walk and pedestrian access ramps will also be repaired. <br />The pay items in CO-2.2 are needed to complete this project.
