With most of the infrastructure in this park replaced <br />or new, rehabilitation of the trail system will help make the entire park seem complete and renewed. The <br />change order includes a full depth reclamation of the existing trails and replacement according to current <br />design widths and depths. <br />CO 2.2 — Freeport Street Improvements <br />It is intended to have the segment of Freeport Street between Gates Avenue and Lincoln Circle edge milled <br />and overlayed with this scope of the change order.
