. . . DEFINITIONS Campground A facility used primarily for overnight and short-term tent- camping, truck campers and recreational vehicles. Such vehicles shall meet the following qualificaitons: (a) Is not used as the residence of the owner or occupant; (b) Is used for temporary living quarters by the owner or occupant while engaged in recreational, vacation or temporary vocational activities; (c) Is towed or otherwise transported, by its own or by other power, on the public streets or highways incidental to such recreational or vacation activities. Permitted accessory uses include a recreational area for campground quests and retail sales of over-the-counter items for campground quests only. Commercial Recreation: A building, and operated and open to minimum lot may include uses. structure or open space designed, constructed by private enterprise for recreational purposes the general public. The facility must meet the size of the zoning district. Such facilities bowling alleys, tennis courts and other leisure Essential Services (Public utility Uses): Underground or overhead gas, electrical, steam or water distribution systems; collection, communication, supply or disposal systems, including poles, wires, mains, drains, sewers, pipes, conduits, cables, traffic signals, hydrants, or other similar equipment and accessories in conjunction therewith; but not including buildings or transmission services. Exterior Storage: The storage of goods, materials, equipment, manufactured products and similar items not fully enclosed by a building. Intstitutional Use: A place or facility which is designed for use as a place of worship, public services, non-profit educational, and health care facilities for principally in-patient care.
