<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />Campground <br /> <br />A facility used primarily for overnight and short-term tent- <br />camping, truck campers and recreational vehicles. Such <br />vehicles shall meet the following qualificaitons: <br /> <br />(a) Is not used as the residence of the owner or occupant; <br /> <br />(b) Is used for temporary living quarters by the owner or <br />occupant while engaged in recreational, vacation or <br />temporary vocational activities; <br /> <br />(c) Is towed or otherwise transported, by its own or by <br />other power, on the public streets or highways <br />incidental to such recreational or vacation activities. <br /> <br />Permitted accessory uses include a recreational area for <br />campground quests and retail sales of over-the-counter items <br />for campground quests only. <br /> <br />Commercial Recreation: <br /> <br />A building, <br />and operated <br />and open to <br />minimum lot <br />may include <br />uses. <br /> <br />structure or open space designed, constructed <br />by private enterprise for recreational purposes <br />the general public. The facility must meet the <br />size of the zoning district. Such facilities <br />bowling alleys, tennis courts and other leisure <br /> <br />Essential Services (Public utility Uses): <br /> <br />Underground or overhead gas, electrical, steam or water <br />distribution systems; collection, communication, supply or <br />disposal systems, including poles, wires, mains, drains, <br />sewers, pipes, conduits, cables, traffic signals, hydrants, <br />or other similar equipment and accessories in conjunction <br />therewith; but not including buildings or transmission <br />services. <br /> <br />Exterior Storage: <br /> <br />The storage of goods, materials, equipment, manufactured <br />products and similar items not fully enclosed by a building. <br /> <br />Intstitutional Use: <br /> <br />A place or facility which is designed for use as a place of <br />worship, public services, non-profit educational, and health <br />care facilities for principally in-patient care. <br />
