Ms. Schake believes those areas are no
longer a concern, but she would have to clarify with Mr. Lore. The
two chairs that were needing reupholster in back seating area were
finished and taken off the list. The Wi-Fi in the meeting room was
taken care of. The Board anticipates that an interior and exterior
walk through can be done at the July meeting to identify CIP items
depending on CDC guidelines at the time.
Moved by Commissioner Blaske and seconded by
Commissioner Keifenheim to approve Mr. Sevcik' s plan for the
rain garden. Ms. Schake said she
does two updates for City Council per year. One is a general annual
in April or May, the other that focuses on the budget in July/August.
Mr. Hecker said that the board and Ms. Schake can decided when to
go to Council. Ms. Schake said she would prefer the 2'City Council
meeting in June which would be June 21 st. Ms. Schake asked Mr.
Hecker to check and see if that date would work with City Council.
Mr. Hecker said it would be during the presentation portion at the
beginning of the meeting. Councilman Christianson said that the
Council is flexible. Ms. Schake said that right now the Great River
Regional Library is still only doing zoom meetings.
