Monitors and analyzes statistical data and provides detailed reports as requested. <br />E. Researches new technological advances; recommends changes and new strategies to <br />improve and increase effectiveness and reach. <br />F. Participates in safety training. <br /> <br />Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities <br /> Knowledge of management principles and procedures. <br /> Knowledge of ADA requirements and accessibility standards related to this position. <br /> Skilled in the operation of all types of multimedia production equipment and software <br />applications to include video and digital cameras, audio equipment, editing equipment, <br />recording equipment, lighting, and related equipment. <br /> Skilled in advanced use of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premier Pro, After Effects, <br />Illustrator, and Photoshop and in Office 365. <br /> Skilled in analyzing production needs and identifying appropriate resources. <br /> Skilled in project management. Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and <br />demands while meeting deadlines. <br /> Skilled in writing and editing that include close attention to proper spelling, grammar, and <br />use of language. <br /> Skilled at creating and giving presentations and providing training. <br /> Ability to work occasionally flexible schedule as needed, including evenings, weekends, and <br />holidays. <br /> Ability to present ideas in a variety of creative and innovative formats. <br /> Ability to obtain drone certification. <br /> Ability to lift and carry equipment of light to moderate weight up to 40 pounds. <br /> Ability to present positive and professional image of the city to the public. <br /> Ability to work independently and assume responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. <br /> Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with city staff, City Council, <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />Sr. Multimedia Specialist <br /> <br />
