1) Reconstruct the existing pavement <br />2) Add center continuous left turn lane <br />3) Construction of a Roundabout at Line Avenue and Tyler Street <br />4) Replace the existing storm sewer <br />5) Install storm sewer <br />6) Install City sidewalk and trail amenities <br />7) Install pavement markings <br />8) Provide traffic control during construction <br />3.4 Construction Oversight. During the Project, the County shall provide all necessary <br />construction engineering, construction surveying, and construction inspection. The cost to the <br />City for these construction oversight services shall be eight percent (8%) of the City participating <br />construction costs. <br />3.5 Right of Way and Permits. The County will be responsible for acquiring and paying for <br />all right of way and other land use rights necessary for the Project and shall be responsible for <br />obtaining all necessary permits and other approvals necessary for the construction of or otherwise <br />associated with the Project, including but not limited to all environmental permits such as <br />SWPPP, TEP approvals, and NPDES permit. <br />3.6 Administration. The County will be responsible for administering the Project. Contract <br />administrative services shall include, without limitation, the advertising and acceptance of bids, <br />generating partial and final payments and Project close- out. The County will also provide all <br />necessary construction engineering, construction surveying, and construction inspection for the <br />Project and will prepare and sign all work orders, change orders, and supplemental agreements <br />relating to the Project. The costs associated with contract administrative services to the City for <br />these administrative services shall be two percent (2%) of the City participating construction <br />costs. <br />3.7 Cost Participation. The estimated total construction cost of the Project is <br />$4,273,286.37, as shown on Exhibit A. The total construction costs shall be shared by the <br />Parties as follows: <br />a. County: 100% of the actual construction costs for the County roadway Project <br />components as identified on Exhibit A (estimated $1,315,337.58); and <br />50% of the actual construction costs for the storm sewer Project components as <br />identified on Exhibit A (estimated $90,571.00); and <br />50% of the actual construction costs for the Line Avenue Roundabout after the <br />Federal Aid participation of $1,229,000 is applied as identified on Exhibit A <br />(estimated $231,964.34); and <br />100% of the actual construction costs for Tyler Street intersection improvement <br />costs that were agreed to prior to the Tyler Street Roundabout being added to <br />the project as identified on Exhibit A (estimated $568,108.95). <br />b. City: 100% of the actual construction costs for the City roadway Project components <br />as identified on Exhibit A (estimated $118,110.00); and <br />
