<br />~UG 1 1 ZOOJi <br /> <br />To: <br />From: <br />Date: <br />Re: <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, Elk River City Administrator <br />Floyd and Mabel Schultz <br />August 11, 2005 <br />Annexation Proposal <br /> <br />This is to inform you that we are exploring an orderly <br />annexation of our twenty-acre parcel into the City of Elk River. <br />Thank you for discussing this issue with us this week. <br /> <br />The legal description of the twenty acres is: <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (E 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), <br />Township Thirty-three (33), Range Twenty-seven (27). <br /> <br />We have contacted the Big Lake Township Board and <br />requested an Annexation Policy. We have also contacted the <br />League of Minnesota Cities for information. Once we have <br />perused the information and policies, we will contact you to <br />review that information and discuss our intent. <br /> <br /> <br />1L~4~ <br />
