They own a parcel of property direcrly west of the Pinewood Golf Course <br />containing 20 acres. They are exploring the option of presenting an annexation request to <br />the Big Lake Township Board and the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />If the Pinewood preliminary plat is approved and the annexation request is made, the City <br />will need to explore providing municipal services to this 20-acre parcel. <br /> <br />This memo is for information only.
