On 11-18-19 at about 1320 hours, I stopped at residence. I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door but no one answered. I could see two dogs in the house and believed that I heard three dogs barking. On 11-19-19 at about 0830 hours I again stopped at the residence and met , who was outside at the time. i explained the complaint and we went into the residence and she showed me her dogs. All of her dogs are variations of Pit Bull type dogs. Three of them are adult dogs belonging to her.
