<br />e <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />R-2A - Townhouse <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: <br /> <br />This District is intended to create "townhouse" low density <br />housing areas as a transition between single family housing and <br />higher density residential. <br /> <br />1. Permitted Uses - <br /> <br />a. Single family dwelling <br />b. Two family dwelling <br />c. Licensed day-care facilities for 12 or fewer <br />children <br />d. Model homes in compliance with Section 900.20, <br />Subsection 13 <br />e. Public parks playgrounds and open space <br />f. Permitted home occupations in single family <br />dwellings <br /> <br />2. Accessorv Uses - <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />a. Public shelters and essential services <br />b. Garages and sheds <br />c. Private recreational facilities <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Conditional Uses - <br /> <br />a. Conditional home occupations in single family <br />dwellings <br />b.Metal skinned buildings <br />c. Institutional uses <br />d. Governmental buildings and facilities <br />e. Licensed day-care facilities with 13 or more <br />children in institutional buildings <br /> <br />E. R-2b - Townhouses and Multiple Familv Residential <br />District <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: <br /> <br />This District is intended (1) to create low density multiple <br />areas with a broad range of housing types; (2) to preserve and <br />enhance transitional residential areas between lower and higher <br />densities in areas served by public utilities; and (3) to <br />enhance transitional areas between low density housing and <br />other nonresidential land uses. The District must be served by <br />public sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and municipal water. PUD <br />recommended. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Permitted uses <br /> <br />a.
