This district is intended to <br />encourage the design of subdivisions that protect natural <br />features while providing high quality housing sites. <br /> <br />R-1 Sinqle Familv Residential <br />1. Permitted Uses - <br /> <br />a. Single family dwelling <br />b. Licensed day-care facilities for 12 or fewer <br /> children <br />c. Model homes in compliance with Section 900.20, <br /> Subsection 13 <br />d. Agricultural uses in R-lA (10 acre minimum on <br /> unplatted property) <br />e.
