<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 91-6- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.22 - SIGN REGULATIONS <br />SUB(4)(C)(iii) SIGNS PERMITTED IN COMMERCIAL <br />C-1 AND C-2 ZONES <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 900.22 (4) (c) (iii) of the City <br />of Elk River Code of Ordinances titled, "Signs Permitted in the <br />Commercial C-1 and C-2 zones" be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />iii. C-1 Zones: One (1) on premise freestanding business <br />sign per premise, not to exceed one (1) square foot in <br />sign area for each linear foot of street frontage up to a <br />maximum of sixty-four (64) square feet, is permitted. <br />Such signs may not exceed the lower of the height of the <br />roof line or a maximum of twenty (20) feet. Freestanding <br />signs shall have a minimum setback of ten (10) feet from <br />any public right-of-way measured to any portion of the <br />sign, and a minimum clearance of eight (8) feet over any <br />vehicular use area and any pedestrian use area. <br /> <br />C-2 Zones: One <br />premise, not t <br />for each linear <br />thirty-two (32) <br />shall not excee <br />minimum setbac <br />right-of-way me <br /> <br />(1) on premise boulevard business sign per <br />exceed one (1) square foot in sign area <br />foot of street frontage up to a maximum of <br />square feet is permitted.
