The Council may suspend or revoke any permit issued under <br />this article and may take such other action as it may deem <br />reasonable in order to facilitate compliance for any of the <br />following causes: <br /> <br />a. Giving false information in connection with the <br />application for a permit. <br /> <br />b. Incompetence of the permit holder. <br /> <br />c. Willful violation of any provisions of this article <br />or any rule or regulation pertaining to the mixing of <br />service connections. <br /> <br />1300.08 -MAIN AND LATERAL SEWER CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />1. No main or lateral sewer shall be constructed in the City <br />except by City employees or by other authorized personnel in <br />accordance with plans and specifications approved by a <br />professional engineer. Main and lateral sewers must be <br />accepted by the City prior to inclusion in the public sewer <br />system. <br /> <br />2. The size, slope, alignment, material of construction, <br />methods to be used in excavation, placement of pipe, jointing, <br />testing, filling, and other work related to the construction of <br />main and lateral sewers shall conform to the requirements of <br />the City. <br /> <br />1300.10 - TAMPERING PROHIBITED <br /> <br />No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, <br />damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, <br />appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the public sewer <br />system. <br /> <br />1300.12 - ACCESS TO PREMISES <br /> <br />1. Duly authorized employees of the City bearing proper <br />credentials and identification shall, at reasonable times, be <br />permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of <br />inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Such <br />employees shall not have authority to inquire into any <br />industrial processes, including but not limited to, <br />metallurgical, chemical, oil, refining, ceramic, or paper <br />operations, except as is necessary to determine the type and <br />source of the discharge to the public sewer. While performing <br />such necessary work on said properties, said City employees <br />shall observe all safety rules applicable to the premises. <br />
