<br />e <br /> <br />install one or more of the improvements. City shall have the <br />right to require that certain improvements be installed by <br />the City, or to decline to ~stall anyone or all of the <br />required improvements. <br /> <br />B. Developer shall install and complete all developer <br />installed improvements at his own expense under the <br />supervision and inspection of the City, pursuant to such <br />terms as the City shall require in the Developer Agreement. <br />Developer shall reimburse City for all of its costs <br />supervising the installation of developer installed <br />improvements. In addition, the developer shall deposit with <br />the City cash, a letter of credit or such other financial <br />guarantee acceptable to the City in an amount equal to the <br />estimated total cost of installing the developer-installed <br />improvements. <br /> <br />C. City will install and complete those improvements which <br />the City has agreed to install, pursuant to the terms of the <br />Developer Agreement. Developer shall be responsible for the <br />City's entire cost of installing the improvements, unless <br />otherwise provided by the Developer Agreement. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />D. City shall not install any public improvements unless <br />and until Developer has petitioned the City to install <br />specific improvements, has agreed to pay the City's entire <br />cost of reviewing the preliminary and final plat and <br />installing the requested improvements, and has deposited with <br />the City cash, a letter of credit or such other financial <br />guarantee acceptable to the City in an amount equal to the <br />estimated total cost of installing the City-installed <br />improvements. <br /> <br />E. The City's entire cost of installing public <br />improvements for the subdivision shall be assessed by the <br />City to the individual properties within the subdivision in <br />accordance with the special assessment policies of the City <br />over such period of time as the City determines, unless the <br />Developer Agreement provides otherwise. The financial <br />security required by Section 2(D) above shall remain in place <br />until the entire amount of the assessments has been paid, but <br />may be reduced from time to time as partial payments are <br />made. <br /> <br />1008.24 - VARIANCES <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />All requests for variances from the provlslons of this Ordinance <br />shall be made and decided in the following manner: <br /> <br />10.47 <br />
