<br />e <br /> <br />secondary system that meets all applicable standards <br />and regulations. <br /> <br />G. Drainaqe - A drainage system that will adequately <br />accommodate the surface water runoff within the subdivision, <br />as required by this Ordinance, and comply with the City's <br />comprehensive drainage plan, shall be provided. <br /> <br />H. Siqnaqe - Street signs of standard design approved by <br />the City shall be installed at each street intersection. All <br />other necessary signage as required by the City and made part <br />of improvement plans shall be provided. <br /> <br />I. Street Liqhtinq - Street lighting of a type approved by <br />the City may be required at all intersections and other <br />locations within the subdivision. <br /> <br />J. Public and Private Utility Lines - When practical and <br />feasible, all utility lines for new subdivisions shall be <br />installed underground. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />K. Front Yard Trees - Following construction, vegetation <br />consistent with the surrounding area and suitable to the site <br />shall be planted. The type or species of tree planted shall <br />be approved by the city. Trees with root structures that are <br />less likely to interfere with utility lines or sidewalks, or <br />cause other nuisance damage are preferable. Trees shall have <br />a trunk diameter (measured twelve (12) inches above ground <br />level) of not less than two (2) inches, and shall be planted <br />in not less than one (l) cubic yard of good growing soil with <br />a suitable amount of fertilizer. Approved multiple varieties <br />shall be used alternately. Trees shall be planted at <br />intervals of at least one every sixty (60) feet and at a <br />distance of at least six (6) feet outside of the road Right- <br />of-Way. No tree shall be planted within the road Right-of- <br />Way. <br /> <br />2. Responsibilitv for Improvements; Subdivision Financinq <br />Aqreements - Subsequent to approval of the final plat and prior to <br />recording of the final plat, the Developer shall enter into a <br />Developer Agreement with the City for the installation of all <br />public improvements necessary for the subdivision. Developer <br />shall cause all street, water, sewer, drainage and other <br />improvements required by the City to be completed pursuant to the <br />Developer Agreement. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />A. All public improvements shall be installed by the <br />Developer unless the City has required, or specifically <br />agreed in the Developer Agreement, that the City shall <br /> <br />10.46 <br />
