Natural Amenities - Lots shall be placed to preserve and <br />protect natural amenities, such as vegetation, wetlands, <br />steep slopes, water courses and historic areas. <br /> <br />G. Lot Remnants - All remnants of lots less than minimum <br />lot size remaining after the subdivision of a larger tract <br />must be added to adjacent lots rather than be allowed to <br />remain as unusable parcels. <br /> <br />H. Access to Arterial Streets - Where a proposed <br />subdivision is adjacent to a limited access highway or <br />arterial street, there shall be no direct vehicular or <br />pedestrian access from individual lots to such highways or <br />streets. To accomplish that, right of access shall be <br />dedicated to the City on the final plat. To the extent <br />feasible, access to arterial streets shall be at intervals of <br />not less than one-fourth (l/4) mile and through existing and <br />established crossroads. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />I. Plattina of Small Tracts - In the platting of small <br />tracts of land fronting on arterial streets where there is no <br />convenient access to existing entrances, and where access <br />from such plat would be closer than one-fourth (l/4) mile <br />from an existing access point, a temporary entrance permit <br />may be granted. Provision shall be made in such plats for <br />the connection of roads to neighboring land. As the <br />neighboring land is platted and developed, and access becomes <br /> <br />10.37 <br />
