The Rise Up Center operations and activities will not create excessive noise, traffic,smoke,fumes, glare, odors, <br /> dust or vibrations. <br /> 6. Will not result in the destruction, loss or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature of major importance. <br /> There are no natural, scenic or historic features present on the site. <br /> 7.
