In Year Action Plan was developed by the Energy City Commission and created as goals and priorities for Energy City. The majority of the items listed are already being done by various city departments in some way. We'd like to discuss areasof focus and priorities for the
<br />future. Additionally we are looking for ways to track and highlight the successes of many departments. We'd also like to discuss how we communicate this information m the public and internally among staff. The Energy City Commission will be presenting some updates to
<br />Council on lune 4 and will be looking m them for more clear direction for the goals and outcomes they'd like to see from the ECC. We have a fewvery passionate people on our commission who would like m take a more active role io accomplishing these goals and furthering
