10 Year Action Plan was developed by the Energy City Commission and created as goals and priorities for Energy City. The majority d the items listed are already being done by various city departments in some way. We'd like to discuss areasof focus and priorities for the <br />future. Additionally we are looking for ways m track and highlight the successes of many departments. We'd also like to discuss how we communicate this information to the public and internally --staff. The Energy City Commission will be presenting some updates to <br />Council on lone 4 andwil l N, lookingtothem for m ore clear directionforthegoals and outcomesthey'd liketosee from the ECC. Wehave af,,v ypassionate people on ourcommissionwhowould like totake a more active rolem accomplishingthese goals andfurthering <br />Elk River as Energy City. <br />GOAL 1: Promote the City of Elk River as the "Energy City' -The city of Elk River was established as <br />Participant Contributors <br />the "Energy City" in 1996 and received a federal trademark in 2008.
