(.6. <e Ie All permanent part time clerical employees that have completed probationary terms and conditions will receive a 1987 wage of $6.00 per hour. All permanent part time employees are to receive pro-rated benefits for vacation, holiday, and sick time. All permanent part time employees must be scheduled and work an average of at least 20 hours per week. 7. Part-time liquor store clerks will be paid in accordance with the following schedule which reflects 4% over the 1986 top step. This adjustment during the absence of the department head is to reflect additional responsibility in directing the work crew and work program. 13. All health and insurance benefits that were offered in 1986 will be again offered in 1987. The City's contributions to these benefits for the employees will be increased $10.00 per month from the 1986 level of $170 per month to $180 per month in 1987. 1-
