<br />(.6. <br /> <br /><e <br /> <br />Ie <br /> <br />All permanent part time clerical employees that have <br />completed probationary terms and conditions will receive a <br />1987 wage of $6.00 per hour. All permanent part time <br />employees are to receive pro-rated benefits for vacation, <br />holiday, and sick time. All permanent part time employees <br />must be scheduled and work an average of at least 20 hours <br />per week. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Part-time liquor store clerks will be paid in accordance <br />with the following schedule which reflects 4% over the 1986 <br />top step. <br /> <br />Start <br />3 Months <br />6 Months <br />1 Year <br />18 Months <br />2 Years <br /> <br />$3.90 <br />$4.10 <br />$4.25 <br />$4.50 <br />$5.00 <br />$5.20 <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />The Assistant Fire <br />shall receive six <br />January 1, 1987. <br /> <br />Chief/Assistant Civil Defense Director, <br />hundred (600) dollars per year effective <br /> <br />9. The custodian shall receive five (5) dollars per hour <br />effective January 1, 1987. <br /> <br />10. All organized employees (police) will have their wages and <br />benefits adjusted per Council approval of the police union <br />contract and are not governed by any clauses of this exhibit. <br /> <br />11. All city employees on probation will not receive a wage <br />adjustment. Employees on probation are to receive a wage <br />adjustment at the completion of their probationary period <br />according to the 1987 pay plan. <br /> <br />12. When the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent and the <br />Street Superintendent are on vacation for at least one <br />continuous 8 hour period, then one employee in the WWTP <br />Department and two employees in the Street/Parks Department <br />will receive an additional $.50 per hour for functioning as <br />"lead contact workers." This adjustment during the absence <br />of the department head is to reflect additional <br />responsibility in directing the work crew and work program. <br /> <br />13. All health and insurance benefits that were offered in 1986 <br />will be again offered in 1987. The City's contributions to <br />these benefits for the employees will be increased $10.00 per <br />month from the 1986 level of $170 per month to $180 per month <br />in 1987. <br /> <br />1- <br />
