Some of these have been discussed earlier in the staff report. Regulating authorities <br />understand that areas in urbanized sections of the river should be treated differently than undisturbed areas <br />and as such, some deviations can be supported. <br />Staff has included a requirement that comments from the comment letter be addressed prior to recording. <br />
