<br />The Wild and Scenic standards for projects along the Mississippi River include numerous requirements for
<br />projects along the river. Some of these have been discussed earlier in the staff report. Regulating authorities
<br />understand that areas in urbanized sections of the river should be treated differently than undisturbed areas
<br />and as such, some deviations can be supported.
