Through <br />the development, adoption, and ongoing support of an organizational vision statement, the <br />Commission establishes a guiding statement to communicate both internally and externally <br />where the organization aspires to be. The vision statement then plays an important role in <br />inspiring the employees to engage and help support the organization in achieving their goals.
