Will not result in the destruction, loss or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature of major importance. <br /> The Wild and Scenic standards for projects along the Mississippi River include numerous requirements for <br /> projects along the river. Some of these have been discussed earlier in the staff report. Regulating authorities <br /> understand that areas in urbanized sections of the river should be treated differently than undisturbed areas <br /> and as such, some deviations can be supported. <br /> Staff has included a requirement that comments from the comment letter be addressed prior to recording. <br />
