2. Lots 4 and 5: <br />a. The minimum size of water service line and corporation when the water service <br />line exceeds 200-feet shall be 1½” <br />b. The wetland delineation for this site was approved on 10/8/2020. There is one small <br />basin on the south side and tributary/ditch running through the site. Both are within an <br />easement, wetland/stormwater pond should be within an outlot if possible. The entire <br />parcel is within the Shoreland Management District (from the tributary) and maximum <br />hardcover per parcel is 25%. <br /> <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1. This plat is along public water course M-065-001 and shows an existing bituminous <br />driveway crossing the public water course. If this existing bituminous driveway was to be <br />removed in the public water course a public water work permit will be required. <br />2. Per Sec. 30-2021 (3) Lot widths along a listed Stream need to be 80 feet in width <br /> <br />Engineering <br />1. Will need full stormwater report in accordance with city ordinance. <br />2. Soil borings for proposed infiltration basins. <br />3. Full construction/development plans with driveway grades. <br />4. Ensure positive drainage with removal of temporary cul-de-sac. <br />5. Adjust existing south temporary CB to match finished grade. <br />6. Existing stormwater pond to be outlot instead of D&U. <br />7. Keep dual perimeter control around entire pond. <br />8. Adjust lot 6 driveway to avoid D&U. <br />9. More detail on grading for swale east of lot 9. <br />10. Include note that City will not maintain proposed retaining wall(s). <br /> <br />Please submit revised the drawing(s) and other requested information, as indicated above, by <br />January 19, 2021.
