If deemed necessary because of the type of event or activity, the City reserves the right <br />to assign a staff person and/or licensed police officer for a user group at an additional <br />cost to the Facility User. <br />C. Disorderly conduct shall be grounds for immediate termination of the activity/event <br />without refund. This will be determined by City staff or a licensed policing agency (i.e. <br />police officer). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Furniture and Things Community Event Center <br />SECTION 12 <br />SUPERVISION/CONDUCT POLICIES <br /> <br /> <br />12.3 CONDUCT <br />A. Facility User shall be solely responsible for the orderly conduct of all persons using the <br />premises by its invitation, expressed or implied, during all times covered by the Facility <br />Use Agreement. The Facility Superintendent reserves the right to eject or cease to be <br />ejected from the FTCEC, any person or person engaging in objectionable or unlawful <br />conduct. Manager may provide at the Facility Users expense, any security determined by <br />the Facility Superintendent or appointed building staff to be necessary to maintain order <br />on the Rental premises. Facility Superintendent shall determine the number of <br />security/on-duty police officers necessary for a particular event. <br /> <br />This agreement is subject to, and Facility User, its agenda and employees shall use and <br />occupy the premises pursuant to, all reasonable rules and regulations prescribed by the <br />FTCEC, City, and Facility Superintendent. Facility User shall conform with all statues, <br />ordinates, rules, and regulations in force or applicable during the rental period(s). <br /> <br />B. All persons present at any activity on FTCEC property shall abide by the policies of the <br />Furniture and Things Community Event Center. At their discretion, FTCEC staff, <br />his/her authorized representative, peace officer or other policing for may: <br />1. Order the removal of any offender, <br />2.
