<br />City of Elk River-Branding Proposal <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3. PROFESSIONAL FEES <br /> Professional fees related to the above-mentioned scope of work includes all <br />expenses and will be billed as a lump sum commensurate with the work <br />completed. Please breakdown your fees per phase of work. <br /> <br /> Floor Plans showing graphic $ <br /> Graphic Artwork Concepts (Banners and Imagery) $ <br />Meetings (5 meetings) $ <br /> <br />Design Manual $ <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses $ <br />Total Proposed Fee (not to exceed) $ <br /> <br /> <br />This Agreement may be terminated by the Owner upon not less than seven days' written notice to the <br />Architect for the Owner's convenience and without cause. <br /> <br />In the event of termination not the fault of the Architect, the Architect shall be compensated for services <br />performed prior to termination, together with reimbursable expenses then due. <br /> <br />Reimbursable expenses include the following: <br />• Printing, plotting, and reproduction expenses associated with the project. <br />• Long distance telephone charges <br />• Express mail and delivery handling charges for project communications. <br />• Photographic expenses related to the project. <br />• Fees paid for securing approval of authorities with jurisdiction over the project. <br /> <br />This proposal will be reviewed by the Furniture and Things Community Event Center Commission and staff. <br /> <br />The work may commence after the review and approval by the Commission. City Council will provide final <br />approval
