<br />5. There is a monument sign proposed for the northeast comer of the lot near the <br />intersection of 173rd Avenue and 1H 10. <br /> <br />6. One comer of the building is within 10 feet of the property line adjacent to 1H 10. This <br />will require a variance. From our perspective, this would be a reasonable variance to <br />grant because it moves the drive-through activities further away from Yale Street where <br />there are residential townhouse units on the west side.
