This adjustment <br />during the absence of the Department Head is to reflect <br />additional responsibilities directing the work crew and work <br />program. <br /> <br />11. To encourage cont inu ing educct ion [OI (; ity en1ployees, the <br />City will reirr.burse 3/4 of the tuition fee to employees for <br />successfully completing classes directly related to their <br />position \vith the City.
