Addition of a lot/block designation for the campground parcel. - <br /> 2. Staff approval of all site, engineering,landscaping, and utility <br /> plans. - <br /> CR 33 <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The subject property is zoned R1b and is located at the northeast <br /> corner of 185th Avenue and Troy Street. The proposed plat will x <br /> consist of 23 lots,two oudots,and dedicated right-of-way. RR <br /> The plat also provides a stub street to the east for a future connection , ro <br /> to the Riverplace plat. This stub street is not required to include a - - CR 12 <br /> temporary cul-de-sac and until it is connected to the east,it will not be <br /> plowed by the city nor will driveway access be allowed. The cul-de- <br /> sac extending to the north provides the required access for the <br /> remnant parcel—the campground office buildings. <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> 4`69 <br /> i <br /> The Parks and Recreation Commission recommend cash dedication <br /> be paid for 23 dwelling units at the rate applicable when the <br /> = _ <br /> subdivision is released for recording.
