Planning Commission <br />August 24,2020 <br />Page 3 <br />\-. <br />Commissionet Johnson stated it sounded like the applicants were open to <br />accommodating what the ordinance requires and felt they could get created on how <br />they would use the site over time and while expanding, but wanted to ensure they <br />weren't impeded by the requirements and were able to grow into their plans. <br />Moved by CommissionetJohnson and seconded by Commissioner Rydbetg <br />to fecommend approval of the Conditional Use Permit to opetate a tap foom <br />and continue brewery operations at 19050Industdal Blvd. with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The Conditional Use Permit shall not be recorded until the city <br />building official and fire matshal have inspected, and approved, the <br />building fot compliance with all state and local building codes. <br />2. No mote than 20,000 barels of its own btands of malt liquot may be <br />brewed annually. <br />3. A minimum of 69 parking stall shall be ptovided on the subiect <br />property. <br />4. A single outdoor patio location exhibit shall be submitted and <br />approved by city staff. <br />5. The outdoor patio atea shall be delineated with a pennanent fence. <br />6.
