<br />EXHIBIT D <br />FACILITY OPERATING PARAMETERS & <br />UTILITY SAVINGS CALCULATION METHODS <br /> <br />STANDARD OF SERVICE AND COMFORT <br />Space temperature set points for locations served by new controls and programmable thermostats will be set <br />and maintained by Client as shown in the tables below. CONTRACTOR shall not be responsible for existing HVAC <br />equipment (HVAC equipment not replaced as part of project) ability to meet the space temperatures provided in <br />the following tables. For locations where CONTRACTOR is installing new HVAC equipment all new equipment <br />shall provide space comfort conditions during the applicable warranty period as specified in the individual FIM <br />Scope of Work provided in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Operating Schedule: City Offices: <br /> The building is generally occupied from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday) during the year. <br /> Council Chambers is generally occupied from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday) with two nights a <br />week for 6 additional hours as needed. <br /> <br />All time ranges not specified in the above statement will be assumed as un-occupied for purposes of energy <br />calculations and the standards of comfort.
