Provide control changes for IR Heat in Mechanics bay <br />a. Allow the IR heat to be zoned into 3 area’s IR 7,8,9 <br />B. Change VAV-1 Cooling CFM <br />a. From 360 CFM to 500 CFM <br /> <br />Northbound Liquor Controls: Contractor Provide and install new controls as needed <br />Controls: <br />A. Provide two web-based thermostats that can be connected to the existing city wide Alerton system <br />B. Controls shall be connected to existing Trane Packaged RTU <br /> <br />Westbound Liquor Controls: Contractor Provide and install new controls as needed <br />Controls: <br />A. Provide two web-based thermostats that can be connected to the existing city wide Alerton system <br />B. Controls shall be connected to existing Trane Packaged RTU <br /> <br /> <br />Duct Sealing: Seal ductwork to eliminate gaps and wasted air loss <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide labor, materials & equipment to aerosol seal the following system(s) utilizing Aeroseal <br />Technology. Sealing the Supply for AHU #2 (From Unit to VAV's) & AHU #3 (From Unit to VAV's and Includes 2 <br />Secondary Supply Downstream of VAV's). <br /> <br />System design cfm and total static pressure as outlined on the provided mechanical schedules and an assumed <br />leakage of 25%. Precautionary controls will be utilized (ventilating spaces) to assist in capturing any sealant "fog" <br />that may escape into interstitial spaces during the sealing process.
