<br />EXHIBIT A <br />SUMMARY OF WORK <br /> <br />A. Provide and install new 399 MBH wall hung boiler (Condexa Pro 117 NA; Riello) <br />B. Boiler shall be BacNet connectable <br />C. Natural gas is on the north side of the building <br />a. Run 1 ¼” Natural gas line up wall, along the roof line and down into mechanical room <br />b. Estimated Length, 250 feet <br />c. Provide new pressure regulator and venting as per code <br />D. Install temperature wells in the supply line (Total 3) <br />E. Boiler has 1 ½” Water connections, system shall be piped on the supply side of the heat pumps and done <br />as an injection style piping with a minimum of 2’ between the supply and the return piping. <br />Electrical: <br />A. Provide electrical power for the new boiler <br />Controls: <br />A. Provide new Controls for the new boiler <br />a. Provide thermostats (total 3) <br />i. Before Boiler, Boiler Supply, Post Boiler <br />b. Connect boiler into the existing automation system <br /> <br />City Hall Controls Upgrade: Contractor to provide control modifications as needed for the following scope <br />Controls: <br />A. Replace existing CO2 devices on AHU-1 & AHU-4, AHU-6 <br />B. Add CO2 Controls for AHU-2, 3 <br />C. Bring AFMS into the Automation System <br />D. Recalibrate / replace building pressure sensors <br />E. Provide programming for optimal start on all units <br />F. AHU-2 & 3 – provide programming <br />a. Have fan at minimum when space temp is satisfied <br />b. If space temp drifts then hope hot water or chilled water coils first <br />c. Then bring up fan up if space temp is not satisfied. <br />G. New VAV controller allowance for 3 VAV boxes <br /> <br />Library Controls Addition: Contractor Provide and install new controls as needed <br />Controls: <br />A. Provide new temp straps on the supply and return line on the well fields <br />a. Connect to existing automation system <br />b.
