Update the plat to include all required drainage and utility <br />easements to preserve access to public and private utilities. <br />2. EDA approval of a deed transferring ownership of certain parcels <br />to the city. <br />Adopt, by motion, a resolution vacating roadway and drainage and <br />utility easements within the plat of Orono Park Addition with the <br />condition that the resolution will not be recorded prior to Council <br />approval of the Final Plat of Orono Park Addition. <br />Approve, by motion, a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) authorizing the <br />expansion of the city -owned public safety building. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Case Nos. P 20-15, EV 20-06, and CU 20-17 <br />The city proposes two projects that include the City Hall parcel and <br />adjacent city park parcels. While the two projects are proposed <br />independently, the plat creates a new parcel for the City Hall and <br />Public Safety Facility — which is under consideration for expansion. <br />Preliminary Plat of Orono Park Addition <br />The Parks and Recreation Department received a grant for several improvements to Orono Park which <br />requires the park property and all improvements to be on one parcel. This plat includes numerous city and <br />EDA-owned lots and unused rights -of -way (ROW) that will be reconfigured to support planned land uses. <br />p a w E R E U 6 Y <br />NaA f RE] <br />
