“Shall the Village of Elk River, Sherburne County Minnesota, erect or <br />purchase an electric lighting plant for supplying light for public purposes and <br />for the private use of its inhabitants and issue its bonds in the aggregate <br />amount of $70,000 to raise money therefor?” <br /> <br />The polling place for such election will be the Municipal Building in said Village. <br /> <br />By order of the Village Council. <br /> <br />th <br />Dated this 6 day of March, 1944. <br /> <br />Which motion was seconded by Elmer Leger and upon being put to a vote was <br />carried.
