Briggs <br />Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />rd <br />At the monthly meting of the Village Concil of the Village of Elk River held on May 3, 1954 the <br />following resolution was passed. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED: That the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners be requested, under the <br />provisions of Section 160:431 of the Minnesota Statutes of 1953, to designate as an extension of <br />State Aid Bond No. 11 the following Village Streets: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on Main Street in Orono subdivision where State Aid Road No. 11 intersects <br />with old Trunk Highway No. 10, said point being approximately 138 feet east of the week limits of <br />said Village of Elk River in the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of <br />Section 33, Township 33, Range 26, thence continuing northeasterly along Main Street to the point <br />of its intersection with the centerline of Bridge Street, thence continuing northeasterly over the <br />bridge which spans the Elk River at the southeasterly end of Lake Orono and sontinueing <br />northeasterly along Bridge Street to a point of its intersection with the centerline of Main Street, <br />thence continuing southeasterly along Main Street to the point of its intersection with Hope Street <br />and connecting at this point with State Aid Road No. 1 <br /> <br />Mayor <br />rd <br />Adopted May 3, 1954 <br />H.A. Briggs, Clerk <br /> <br />Trustee Meyer presented the following resolution and moved its adoption. It was seconded by Bailey <br />and passed all voting in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Raymond F. Bernard is the owner of a part of Lot 2, Block 23, in the Village of Elk <br />River, and proposes to reconstruct thereon a garage and service station to replace a similar structure <br />recently destroyed by an explosion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building and business will be an asset to the Village of Elk River; and <br /> <br /> <br />
