FEES AND SERVICES <br />IAG Commercial prides itself on being flexible in drafting a unique compensation plan with each of our clients. <br />IAG Commercial recognizes each of our clients have different financial ideas and cash flow needs. Ultimately, <br />IAG Commercial will work with each client to design a plan that works for both the client and IAG Commercial. <br />This plan could be as simple as hourly fees for advisory work and commissions for transactional work. Other <br />plans may include retainers, hourly fees offset against future commissions or other combinations that <br />motivate both parties to work together and achieve their desired results. Achieving a "win/win" structure is. <br />important to the long-term success of the project and sustainability of the business relationship. <br />Brokerage Services including disposition, acquisition and tenant representation: <br />• 6% for a direct sale with co -broker, 5% without. <br />Brokerage services fee to be paid upon closing. Buyers' broker, if involved, will receive up to 50% of such fee. <br />Overhead Costs: <br />IAG Commercial will absorb all ordinary costs for services provided above.
