This <br />broad background gives him a unique perspective from which to evaluate <br />potential development opportunities and see them through the acquisition, <br />entitlement and development phases. Michael started working with IAG <br />Commercial in 2019. <br />Michael spent half of his career in large volume, production homebuilding <br />during which over 3,000 homes where constructed and sold. His background <br />consists of leading the land development team as Vice President of Land at Pulte <br />Homes in Minnesota and additional experience as Sales and Marketing Manager <br />at Ryland Homes in Minnesota and Ameri-con Homes in Northeast Ohio. <br />In 2005, as Vice President of Land at Pulte, Michael directed the development of <br />$65 million of land. As a private corn pany, this departmentwouId have had <br />revenue of approximately $80 million annually. Michael and his team were <br />responsible for the development of over 1,000 lots. In 2006, Michael struck out <br />on his own and created Sedley Development Partners, L.L.C. Michael's <br />experience atstructuring complex transactions and his expertise in managing <br />the entitlement and land development process are the key to his successful <br />completion of projects. <br />Suite 1600 Michael dedicated four years of his careerto corporate strategic planning and <br />Minneapolis, MN 55402 commercial real estate tenant representation as Vice President at Keewaydin <br />Tel. His clients include or have included: Plumbers Local Union <br />#15, CenterPoint Energy, United Hardware, Mesaba Airlines, MLT and Target <br />Corporation. <br />Since 2012, Michael has focused on the development of large-scale senior living, <br />focusing on sophisticated market and site analysis, site selection and <br />negotiation, entitlement and architectural and civil engineering design as well as <br />project management. Michael has significant experience working with municipal <br />staff, planning commissions and councils in the entitlement process. <br />Michael earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. <br />After Ohio State, Michael then earned his M.B.A. atTlie Weatherhead School of <br />Management at Case Western Reserve University. <br />Im <br />
